TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Complete 5 Rounds:

Run 0.25 miles

20  Kettlebell Snatch (10 Right/ 10 Left)

10 Pushups
