WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell or None.

Choose your own adventure!

Adventure #1:

Complete 4 Rounds:

30 seconds Kettlebell Split Squat (left)

90 seconds Russian Kettlebell Swings

30 seconds Kettlebell Split Squat(right)

90 seconds 25-yard Shuttle Run

1 minute REST

Adventure #2:

Complete 4 Rounds

30 seconds Tuck Jumps

90 seconds Box Step-Ups

30 seconds Pushups

90 seconds 25-yard Shuttle Run

Record your “adventure” and weight used.
