11/18/2015: Kettlebell Workout or Bodyweight Workout, Choose Your own Adventure!

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell or None.

Choose your own adventure!

Adventure #1:

Complete 4 Rounds:

30 seconds Kettlebell Split Squat(left)

60 seconds Russian Kettlebell Swings

30 seconds Kettlebell Split Squat(right)

2 minutes RUN!

1 minute REST

Adventure #2:

Complete 4 Rounds:

30 seconds Tuck Jumps

60 seconds Box Step-Ups

30 seconds Pike Pushups

2 minute RUN

1 minute REST

Record your “adventure” and weight used.
