TUESDAY WORKOUT
Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:Dumbbells or None.
Complete 3-5 Rounds of the following (20 minute time cap)
Sprint 200 Yards
10 Dumbbell Thrusters or Jumping Squats
15 Burpees or Squat Thrusts or Pushups
Rest 1 minute
