MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs(hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Ladder Time! Complete the following ladder from 1-10 and back down from 10-1. (20 minute cap).

*Note: Sprint 50 yards between each rung

Russian Kettlebell Swings

Squats(if you are looking for extra intensity, try Goblet Squats)

Record your time and the weight of the Kettlebell you used.
