11/16/2015: Lunge, Pushup, Situp, Jack?

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes

30 Jumping Jacks

30 Walking Lunge Steps  (Total)

Run 0.2 miles

10 Tall Plank to Downward Dog or  Dive Bomber Pushups

20 Situps
