SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Here’s one of my favorites!

Complete 5 Rounds (decrease rounds if you are just beginning…the total number of swings is 500 to go along with 50 Goblet Squats!)

10 Russian Kettlebell Swings

2 Goblet Squats

15 Russian Kettlebell SwingsStar Jumps

3 Goblet Squats

25 Russian Kettlebell Swings

5 Goblet Squats

50 Russian Kettlebell Swings
