Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Complete 3 Rounds:

3 minutes Kettlebell Snatch (switch hands at the 90 second mark aiming to perform the same number of reps each arm)

***1 minute REST***

3 minute Shuttle Run  (set up cones at 10 yards, 20 yards, and 30 yards. Run to the 10 yard cone and back to the start, then to the 20 yard cone and back, then to the 30 yard cone and back, repeat.)

***1 minute REST***
