Sorry for not posting yesterday…I got home Friday evening around 7:30, ate dinner and fell asleep shortly thereafter without posting the workout. Hope you all had a great rest day!

SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches  followed 10 air squats, 5 pushups, 2 minutes of plank hold, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

Workout:

Complete 5 rounds as quickly as possible:

0.25 miles

12 Burpees

24 Situps

48 Jump Rope Skips (12 Double Unders)
