11/12/2015: Press, Step, Squat!



Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 5 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Box, Bench, Wall, Kettlebell

Complete 5 Rounds of the following (16 minute CAP):

10 Press (strong arm)

5 Box Step-Ups

10 Press (stronger arm)

5 Box Step-Ups

10 Goblet Squats

20-meter Bear Crawl

If you get done before the CAP, work on your with sets of One Arm Kettlebell Swings (10/arm).

Record your time.
