11/11/2015: Jumping Jacks, Pushups, Sprint!

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes:

30 Jumping Jacks

5 Side Lunges (per leg)

5 Mountain Hoppers (per leg)

5 Pushups

100-Yard Sprint

Record your rounds and any modifications you made.
