THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches  followed balance drills with medicine ball. Include squats, throws, one leg balance, one legged deadlifts, medicine ball plank hold, and lateral hops over medicine ball.

Workout: “Play Ball”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

10 Medicine Ball Pushups

20 Medicine Ball Situps

50 yard Sprint carrying medicine ball

20 Hands on Medicine Ball Mountain Climbers

10 Medicine Ball Ground to Overhead

50 Yard Sprint carrying medicine ball
