Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

Complete 3 Rounds of the following:
Run 600m, Rest 2 minutes
Run 400m, Rest 90 seconds
Run 200m, Rest 1 minute
Record your splits for each run.
