11/09/2015: Split Squats, Star Jumps, and Abs!

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

Complete 4 Rounds of the following sequence

45 seconds Split Squats, 15 seconds REST (Rounds 1/3 Left leg, Rounds 2/4 Right leg)

45 seconds Spiderman Plank, 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Star Jumps, 15 seconds REST

45 seconds Situps, 15 seconds REST

45 seconds RUN, 45 seconds REST
