SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing device.

Two Running Workouts

#1: 10 Rounds

Sprint 20 seconds, Rest 40 seconds

***Rest 2 minutes***

#2: Run 1.5 miles at your 5k race pace.

Record your distance covered for #1 and your time for #2.
