11/08/2015: Farmer’s Walk and Kettlebell Swings; Simple and Sinister

SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete 8 Rounds:

50 meter One Arm Farmer’s Walk (left)

10 Russian Kettlebell Swings

50 meter One Arm Farmer’s Walk (right)

10 Russian Kettlebell Swings

Record your time and weight used.
