Running Endurance Class TODAY at 9:00 AM in Barrett Park! The class is free and open to everyone!

SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device.

Complete the following

Run 60 seconds, Rest 60 seconds

Run 60 seconds, Rest 45 seconds

Run 60 seconds, Rest 30 seconds

Run 60 seconds, Rest 15 seconds

Run 60 seconds, Rest 15 seconds

Run 60 seconds, Rest 30 seconds

Run 60 seconds, Rest 45 seconds

Run 60 seconds…Finished!
