TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches  followed by 15 Pushups, 15 Squats, and 60 second plank hold

Workout:

Complete the following as quickly as possible (20 minute cutoff)

35 Dumbbell Suitcase Deadlifts

35 Dumbbell Thrusters

35 Sit-ups

Run 200 meters

20 Dumbbell Suitcase Deadlifts

20 Dumbbell Thrusters

20 Sit-ups

Run 400 meters

5 Dumbbell Suitcase Deadlifts

5 Dumbbell Thrusters

5 Sit-ups

Run 800 meters
