SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device.

Complete the following

4 Rounds:

Sprint 100 Meters, Rest 30 seconds

3 Rounds:

Sprint 200 meters, Rest 60 seconds

2 Rounds:

Sprint 400 meters, Rest 2 minutes

1 Round:

Run 800 meters, DONE!

Record your total distance covered.
