Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs (hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None. Be advised…this is one of the most grueling leg workouts you'll ever do without the addition of weight. 3 or 4 rounds may be plenty. Listen to your body.

“Dead Legs”

Complete 5 rounds of the following

10 Jumping Squats


10 Jumping Lunge Steps (5/ leg)

20 Lunge Steps (10/ leg)

Sprint 100 Yards

REST 1 minute
