Happy Birthday, Bruce! Forever stylin', man!

The next Running Endurance Class is THIS SATURDAY November 8th at Barrett Park. The class starts at 9:00 AM and is open to everyone. This will be the only Running Endurance Class for the month, so please come out and get faster with us!      

THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell.

#1: Complete 3 Rounds of the following

1 minute MAX reps Kettlebell Swing to Squat

1 minute MAX reps Kettlebell Skull Crusher  

1 minute MAX reps Lateral Jumps (over KB)

1 minute MAX reps One Arm Kettlebell Push Press (30s/arm)

1 minute MAX reps Hand-to-Hand Kettlebell Swings

1 minute REST
