TUESDAY WORKOUT 

Well…today is the day we decide who is going to inflict the least amount of damage on our lives over the next four years. Who will it be? 

 

In other news…Strong vs. Skinny

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats,  and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Workout:   Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

Sprint 100 Yards

10 Dumbbell Suitcase Deadlifts        

5 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean

10 Dumbbell Thrusters

5 Overhead Lungesteps  (Both dumbbells should be pressed overhead in locked out position – each leg is ½ rep)
