Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches  followed by 15 Squats, 15 Situps, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

In 5 minutes,

Run 400 meters

Then with the remaining time, accumulate as much time as possible in PLANK position. Rest as needed, but the only time spent in the plank counts toward your score.
