11/05/2015: Kettlebell Swings and Press AND Trunk Strengthening Exercises

THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell.

#1: Complete 3 Rounds of the following

30 seconds One Arm Kettlebell Swings (strong arm)

1 minute Tall Plank to Downward Dog

30 seconds One Arm Kettlebell Swings (stronger arm)

1 minute Dead Bugs

30 seconds Press (strong arm)

1 minute Contralateral Limb Raises

30 seconds Press (stronger arm)

1 minute REST

Record the weight of your kettlebell.
