MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed lateral hops (each foot).

3 Tasks – Rest 1 minute between each task

Task #1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes

Run 0.2 miles forward

Run 0.1 miles backward

Task #2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes

12 Dumbbell Plank Rows (6/arm)

8 Dumbbell Push Press

20 Mountain Climbers  (each leg is 1 rep)

Task #3: Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes

4 Pushups

6 Situps

8 Squats
