SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches  followed by 15 Squats, 15 Situps, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Workout:

Complete the following as quickly as possible:

50 Pushups

Run 1 Mile

75 Situps

Run 1 mile

50 Squats
