Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches  followed by 15 Squats, 15 Situps, and 30 Jumping Jacks.


Complete 5 Rounds as quickly as possible:

20 Burpees

10 Heavy Dumbbell Push Press

120 Single Jump Rope Skips (OR

30 Double Unders)

    Done, but it was tough, especially all those burpees. You killed us this week!

      This was tough…I did it Tuesday night with Handstand Pushups in place of the Push Press and I too, got crushed. Nice job!
