11/02/2015: Back, Legs, and Trunk! Come out and get some!

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Box, Wall, Bench AND Resistance Band.

Complete 5 Rounds: (30 seconds WORK, 15 seconds REST per exercise each round)

Band Pull Aparts

Box Step-Ups

Seated Band Row

Squat Hold

Mountain Climbers   

***At the end of each round (performed each exercise once), Sprint 100 meters and rest until the top of the next minute before starting again***
