10/31/2015: Halloween Running Interval Training!

SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

Complete 5 Rounds:

Sprint 40 Yards, Rest 15 seconds

Sprint 80 Yards, Rest 30 seconds

Sprint 120 Yards, Rest 60 seconds

45 seconds Dead Bugs

30 seconds REST
