WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Jump Rope, Dumbbells

Complete the following every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

Odd Minutes:

35 Jump Rope Skips

6 Pushups

Even Minutes:

2 Manmakers

***Scale the reps as needed***

Record any scaling and any incomplete minutes.
