TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats,  and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Buy-In:MAX rep Pushups 2 minutes

then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes:

30 Jump Rope Skips

2 Turkish Getups  (1/arm)

8 Kettlebell Swings  

12 Jumping Squats

then…

Cash-out: 150 yard Lungewalk (no time limit…just get it done)

Post your pushups, rounds, and time to complete the lungewalk to comments.
