10/29/2015: Push/Press, Squat/Lunge, Sprint!

THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell or Dumbbell

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

30 seconds Pushups

30 seconds Goblet Squats

30 seconds Press (dumbbell or kettlebell, Round 1/3: Right, Round 2/4: Left)

30 seconds Lunge steps with Kettlebell Pass Through

1 minute 25-yard Shuttle Run

1 minute REST

Record your weight used.
