TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Jump Rope.

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes, complete the following

ODD Minutes:

50 Jump Rope Skips

5 Jumping Squats

EVEN Minutes:

20 Jump Rope Skips

30 Mountain Climbers           (each leg is 1 rep)

Modify as needed.

ABtober Workout #28:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes

12 V-ups

12 Pushup-to-Plank

12 Side Plank with Leg Lift (RIGHT)

12 Side Plank with Leg Lift (LEFT)
