Warmup: Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by Squats, 10 Pushups, 10 Situps, and 30 Jumping Jacks.
Workout: It’s Tabata time!
Perform 8 rounds of each of the following movements (in order). One round consists of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. You should go for MAX reps each round. Perform all rounds of the first movement before proceeding to the next.
Jump Rope Skips (Double unders if you got them!)
One Arm Suitcase Deadlift with Kettlebell (switch arms each round)
