10/27/2015: Kettlebell Swings, Jump Rope, and Step-Ups

TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Jump Rope, Kettlebell, Wall/Bench/Box

Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 minutes

60 Jump Rope Skips

30 One Arm Kettlebell Swings (15/arm)

10 Box Step-Ups

Modify as needed.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes

12 V-ups

12 Pushup-to-Plank

12 Side Plank with Leg Lift  (RIGHT)

12 Side Plank with Leg Lift  (LEFT)
