10/27/2014 – Happy Anniversary, Kmugs!

7 years ago, I married the only woman that has ever kept up with me. (She still does!) Happy Anniversary, Kmugs!

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs (hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete 12 Rounds of the following 1-minute sprint workout. Rest 30 seconds between each of the 12 rounds.

In 1-minute, complete as many rounds as possible

10 Jumping Jacks

7 Speed Skaters

4 Squats

1 Burpee

Record your total reps.
