SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:Jump Rope, Box/Wall/Bench

Complete the following

100 Double Unders

80 Situps

60 Mountain Climbers   (each leg is ½ rep)

40 Box Jumps(use an object at least 16” high)

20 Burpees    

Record your time.
