SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching

followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Timing Device

Complete the following

6 x 100 m, rest 1 minute between each

4 x 400 m, rest 2 minutes between each

2 x 800 m, rest 3 minutes between

Record your run splits.
