10/25/2015: EMOM – Push, Squat, Crawl!

SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes, complete the following

5 Pushups

5 Jumping Squats

5 Squat Thrusts

5-yard Crawl (any style – click link for a video of variations)

Record your crawling patterns.
