TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats,  and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Complete the following:

#1: Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes, complete a 100 Yard Sprint. Rest during the remaining time in each minute.

then…

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of

6 Dumbbell Push Press

10 Box Jumps

23 Squats
