MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches  followed by 15 squats, 15 pushups, 20 lunge steps (10/leg).

Workout: There’s nothing good about Mondays”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

12 Dumbbell Thrusters

20 Yard Dumbbell Low Carry Walking Lunge Steps

Sprint 80 Yards

12 Burpees

Sprint 80 Yards

20 Yard Dumbbell Low Carry Walking Lunge Steps

    What’s with all the lunge steps lately?over the last week or so, We have lunge walked to north Carolina by now!
    Yeah burps!
