TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching       followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats,  and 30 Jumping Jacks.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

Run 200 Yards

24 Lateral Jumps(over Kettlebell, each hop is 1 rep)

12 Lunge Steps(hold KB to chest)

6 Turkish Getups  (3/arm – use Kettlebell)
