10/18/2014 – Running Endurance Class Today at 9AM!

Reminder! Running Endurance Training is at the Woodward Academy Willingham Field Complex today at 9:00AM. Please park in the parking lot, ONLY. Hope you can make it!

SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

6 Rounds:

Sprint 400m

Rest 2 minutes

20 Plank Jacks

15 Pushup-to-Plank

10 Mountain Hoppers (each leg is ½ rep)
