TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches 10 Squats, 10 pushups, and 2 minute plank hold.

Workout: “Grrrr…my arms!”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

10 Dips

20 Pushups

10 Push Press

50’ Bear Crawl
