MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches 15 Squats, 30 Jumping Jacks, and 2 minute plank hold.

Workout:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

15 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (use Kettlebell)

15 Goblet Squats

15 Kettlebell Swings

15 Situps

Sprint 200 meters
