Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by arms circles and a 50’ bear crawl.

Workout: “Something different…”

It is rumored that former NFL running back and University of Georgia Heisman Trophy winner, Herschel Walker, performed 1500 pushups a day while he was in high school. Sounds like fun, huh? Just to be clear, he didn’t perform them all at once, but broke up sets of 50-100 reps throughout the day. So, here is your Sunday workout in honor of Herschel…

From the time you wake up until the time you go to bed, do as many PUSHUPS as possible.
