THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Box or Bench

#1:  Complete 7 Rounds of the following

30 seconds Box Jumps or  Box Step-Ups

15 seconds Rest

30 seconds Pushups

15 seconds Rest

Record you the height of your box.

ABtober Workout #15:

4 Rounds:

20 seconds Side Plank  (left), 10 seconds REST

20 seconds Side Plank(right), 10 seconds REST

20 seconds StrongFirst Plank, 10 seconds REST
