TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

Complete 7 rounds of the following 2 minute workout.

As many reps/rounds as possible in 2 minutes

3 Burpees

5 Donkey Kicks

7 Squats

***Rest 1 minute between each of the seven rounds***

Record your total rounds completed from all 7 rounds combined.
