SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 10 pushups, 10 Jumping Squats, 10 Lunge steps/leg.

Workout: Complete the following

Run 6 minutes

Perform Max Rep BURPEES in 3 minutes

Run 4 Minutes

Perform Max Rep BURPEES in 2 minutes

Run 2 minutes

Perform Max Rep BURPEES in 1 minute

Post your distance run and total burpees to comments.

    Happy Saturday to you also.  This workout interfers with my Saturday morning football bloody Mary!

      Bloody Mary
      in between each round, you must rescue 1 bloody Mary. Rescue/ consumption of bloody mary typically leads to shorter distance covered, but a very unique and windy route. Have Fun!
