SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Jump Rope, Box (or bench, wall, etc.)

Complete 2 Rounds of the following

Run 0.5 miles

30 Burpee Box Jumps (use a box at least 16” high)

50 Squats

70 Double Unders

Record your time.
